Osteosarcoma

Osteosarcoma

Radiography (DR) is the main diagnostic method of bone tumors. Aggressive Permeative lytic lesion is seen in proximal humerus on DR. Pathological fracture is seen on CT. The extent of the lesion in the bone and soft tissue is better evaluated with MRI. Radiological findings suggest malignant bone lesion. Diagnosis of osteosarcoma was confirmed with histopathological evaluation.

In my experience, DR is the most important radiological tool for the diagnosis of bone tumors.
