Demographic and clinical details: 70-years-old female patient, admitted with right shoulder pain and restricted motion.

Image Details: AP X Ray shows the inferior glenohumeral joint dislocation with non-united neck fracture (yellow arrow=. Note also deformation of humerus head (black arrow) and glenoid (white arrow). You can notice also superior cortical compression of humerus head consistent with hill sachs lesion.    These findings are better seen on CT images.
